Transform a.s., Lázně Bohdaneč

Since 1992 Lázně Bohdaneč has been the location of the registered office of the joint-stock company Transform, which deals in processing - recycling of plastic packages from both municipal and industrial sources. It is a plant for efficient utilization of packages, which before were wasted in yards without any reuse.

Nowadays, Transform collects plastics from almost 500 municipalities and towns, mainly from the broad surroundings of Pardubice and Hradec Králové. We appreciate the fact that plastics are brought to Transform from even quite remote towns and municipalities, for which it would have surely been more economic to deposit them at nearby yards. This is proof of responsible environmental thinking and the proactive approach of people who bear responsibility for wastes.

The quality of particular deliveries differs quite a lot. In some places, waste is sorted on final sorting lines, from others it is delivered directly from collecting containers. After careful sorting and further treatment, Transform makes from these wastes a wide range of top-quality, practical products, as e.g. plastic grassing paving, plastic pavements, kerbs, fences, fence posts, boards, shipping pallets, cable trenches, drainage gutters, anti-noise screens and plastic boards for the building industry and agriculture. The greatest advantage of these products is their extraordinary resistance to climatic influences and excellent mechanical properties.
